Label Bienvenue en France

Committed to a quality approach in welcoming international students, the Université de Perpignan Via Domitia has been awarded the “Bienvenue en France” label by Campus France, for a 5-year period, following validation by an independent commission that met on July 3, 2025.

The University of Perpignan organises its courses in line with the European Higher Education System:

  • Undergraduate degree (3 years)
  • Master (+2 years)
  • PhD (+3 years)
Each academic year is divided into 2 semesters of 30 ECTS (European Credit Transfer System) each, i.e. 60 ECTS per year. The grading scale is between 0 and 20 points. A mark of 10/20 is required to validate the credits associated with each course.

After graduating, as an international student, you can register on France Alumni and join Campus France's network of international graduates of French higher education, as well as enjoy numerous benefits.
