Legal Capacity is a legal education. It leads to the Certificate of Legal Capacity and gives non-bachelors the opportunity to enrol in higher education.

It is a state diploma that allows to obtain a level equivalent to the baccalaureate. You must be at least 17 years of age.
This training is given in one year at the UPVD


Once obtained, the certificate of the Law Capacity thus allows you to pursue higher education and in particular offers a transition to the Bachelor of Law degree.

Attention: Registration for candidates in Law Capacity will take place from July 15 to September 30th, 2020.
